I have always believed in the importance of mental, spiritual and physical health. I also love to help others. I chose massage and craniosacral work because of the difference it's made in my own life. I feel it provides me a way to serve others and help them work towards their optimal all around wellness. I feel strongly directed to use this work to help others. I have 5 beautiful children. Most of my spare time is spent getting them where they need to be, attending their different activities, and being a part of their lives. When I do get a moment to myself, I love to curl up with a good book or get out on a hike and enjoy nature.

I am a wife, mother to 3, sister, daughter, and friend. I have a passion for all things related to health and wellness and have been in the field of energy wellness since 2008. I'm trained in a variety of techniques to serve my clients and help them find balance in life. I'm certified as a foot zone therapist, an EFT for weight loss coach, and an intuitive cranial sacral therapist. In addition to these techniques, I've studied anatomy and physiology, herbal remedies, diet and nutrition, music therapy, chakra balancing, energy healing techniques, and essential oils. I’m Brooke Prothero, a wife and mother of four, a spirituality mentor and teacher, an intuitive craniosacral therapist, licensed massage therapist, and guided meditator.  I am passionate about opening space for my clients to get in touch with stressors in body, mind, and spirit, and to guide them in alleviating those burdens.   I believe that it is possible to heal, and step into the unlimited growth potential of the human spirit.  I believe if we do this consistently, with a willingness to face the shadows of our own life, that we can illuminate the pathways in our journey and find deep-seeded joy and well-being.   We will feel a level of brightness and hope that can change the entire trajectory of our life’s journey.

Hi, I am Gary, a licensed massage therapist, certified Intuitive Cranial Sacral Therapist, and I hold over 10 certifications in health, fitness and wellness. I have authored international certifications and books in health, fitness and wellness. As a certified ICST under Andrea Carver, my goal is to help facilitate an experience for clients that unlock the feelings of being "stuck", even if they are not consciously aware of why they are. Releasing these emotions through Andrea's techniques, allow clients to connect with themselves on a deeper level, and greater clarity. My wife Erely and I have been married for 17 years, and have three children. I enjoy the outdoors, sports, reading and anything with my kids.

Hi, I am Jamie Yeomans, I am a PICU nurse and an Intuitive Cranial Sacral Therapist. I pride myself in being the best aunt, love my schnauzers, and a lover of good energy. I started practicing ICST after being a recipient for several years and seeing my life change for the better. I loved what I was learning and wanted to share it with all my fellow nurses, coworkers, as well as my family. ICST changed the way I looked at my patients, their families, and how I was able to support them through their time in the PICU. I love helping the people around me see their worth. When I am not working I enjoy being in the quiet at home with my dogs, going to Disneyland with my niece and nephews, and taking a good nap.

I am Melissa Johns a wife and mother of 4. About 17 years ago, I started a journey down a path I never expected to go. Along that path, I have worked with and continue to work with some amazing people that have helped me on my personal path to healing as well as learning from them! Early on in my journey I knew this type of healing would become a part of my life, so I learned Emotional Freedom Technique as a tool to use for myself and my family. I started seeing clients shortly afterwards, and I have not looked back since. My love for learning and a desire to further understand the mind-body-spirit connection has led me to learn, certify, and use several forms of bodywork and energetic modalities over the years. In 2009, I became a licensed massage therapist and certified in Intuitive Craniosacral Therapy in 2019. I love working with people and being able to watch as their lives change for the better. I feel immense gratitude to have the amazing opportunity to be a part of a person’s healing journey!
