How to Meditate More Effectively
Attendees will leave knowing how to meditate more effectively. Whether they have time to meditate 5 min. or 30 min. a day, Andrea can give them tools to personalize their experience and get the best results.
- Study the seven spiritual laws of success according to Deepak Chopra, M.D., and learn how to put them into practice in a meaningful way.
- Receive specific daily tasks to practice the principles of each of these laws.
- Learn sanskrit mantras to open each chakra and change your body’s vibration to keep you grounded yet open to added clarity and inspiration.
- Leave the event with daily mantras, affirmations, and applications to take your meditation to the next level.
- Walk out knowing how to create a different spiritual intent for each day of the week.
